Our good places to eat
La Table du Brocanteur 23, rue Alspach, P. 33 3 89 23 45 57 is a great place to Colmar. You can taste French cuisine made exclusively with fresh, seasonal ingredients. All homemade! At the helm of the restaurant, a friendly couple: Marc is in the kitchen, Isabelle service. As the name suggests, the restaurant is full of objects found in right to left, which gives it a very cozy atmosphere. I had a real heart for this restaurant! Remember to book at least one week in advance of the table du Brocanteur is popular
Le restaurant Le Petit Bidon rue Etroite P. 33 3 89 34 97 93 a very nice place to enjoy good French cuisine, sometimes dotted with small Alsatian keys. On the menu, a relatively small map and some suggestions of the day, a sign that everything is fresh. And indeed, this feels to wine tasting, the food is delicious! Many commodities are purchased from local producers: cheese, vegetables or ice, for example. Decoration, all is successful, with a rather sober atmosphere and some nice items that wholesale milk cans. The daily specials are also listed on one of these cans!
Wistub Brenner 1 rue Turenne Tél 03 89 41 42 33, the Wistub Brenner is where I take my visiting friends to make them taste good traditional Alsatian cuisine. I was never disappointed! You can taste especially good sauerkraut, bibalaskas, a pie of the valley or the pork knuckle ... Many Alsatian specialties! The philosophy of Chef Daniel Queille: "Buy the best from the best and make simple but good
Le restaurant Le Frichti’s Quai de la Poissonnerie P. 33 3 90 50 58 90 is a restaurant located in the district of Little Venice in Colmar. The Chief Logan Laug offers a cuisine of original gourmet market. Big heart for the Bistro menu, served lunch on weekdays. A starter, main course and dessert of high quality changing every day are served for 17 €. You can check the menu in advance on the website. It is a real treat, I recommend it! Frichti's part of the kitchen is the height. Located in a former fish market, the decor is warm and elegant. The service is also nice.
Organic and/or Vegan restaurants
L’Arpège 24 rue des Marchands tél 03 89 24 29 64 is an organic restaurant in Colmar well known: it is an institution! It is located in the heart of the old town of Colmar, a lovely building set back from the street. The room is cozy, with warm colors and wood-beamed ceilings. Stage right, its pretty quiet terrace is perfect for summer. In the plate, delicious cuisine based on fresh, organic and seasonal and a menu that changes daily. Some vegetarian dishes are offered, even if it is not the majority of the board. There is something to enjoy ...
Le restaurant Luser Stub 13 rue de la Herse P. 33 3 89 24 56 06 is small organic and vegetarian restaurant rather atypical in Colmar. Its owner, Odile Krieg, makes you room as if she welcomed you home (indeed this is the case, the restaurant is on the ground floor of his house!) On Wednesday, Thursday and Friday noon, by reservation only. A la carte, its tasty vegetarian recipes and home made from organic, seasonal produce. In formula appetizer, entree and dessert, several appetizers and desserts are optional but the dish is unique. This is not a concern, it's a treat! Note: the kindness of the hostess, who was looking me in his notebook his recipe for rum baba. Adorable!
